Sploh, \u010de na trg uvajamo inovativne, uporabnikom \u0161e neznane re\u0161itve. Pri tem se ulovimo v past, ker ne upo\u0161tevamo, da je prodaja v &#8216;discovery&#8217; fazah kaoti\u010dna, kjer je po na\u010delu &#8216;get out of the building&#8217; treba biti nenehno na terenu in produkt razvijati v sodelovanju z zgodnjimi uporabniki oz. inovatorji, ki so sploh pripravljeni preizkusiti neko novo re\u0161itev.
